Only applicants that received an official BJA invitation concerning RISS are eligible: Middle Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN); Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center (MOCIC); New England State Police Information Network (NESPIN); Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC); Rocky Mountain Information Network (RMIN); and Western States Information Network (WSIN).

Investigative support for federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal-justice agencies and practitioners, including secure information sharing and intelligence collaboration across jurisdictional lines.
How to apply
