Applicant types: State governments; county governments; city or township governments; special district governments; federally recognized tribal governments; tribal organizations; public and state-controlled institutions of higher education; private institutions of higher education; nonprofit organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status; and other entities described in the NOFO.
Eligible applicants include a state or local agency, authority, association, educational institution, or nonprofit organization that demonstrates the organizational capacity and experience to administer, coordinate, and implement the NOFO activities.
